Realeeza Launch Plan

This repo holds the shared launch plan for Realeeza — the KSA jewelry DTC project co-built by Abobakr and Mazen.

The plan itself is in LAUNCH_PLAN.md.

👋 For Mazen — how to edit this plan

No git, no command line needed. Everything works in the browser.

First time setup (30 seconds)

  1. Check your email — you'll get an invite from GitHub to this repo.
  2. Click the invite link. If you don't have a GitHub account yet, sign up (free, 30 seconds, use your gmail).
  3. Accept the invite. You now have edit access.

Every time you want to edit the plan

  1. Open LAUNCH_PLAN.md on this page.
  2. Click the pencil icon (✏️) at the top-right of the file.
  3. Type your changes directly — especially fill out Section 3 (Open decisions).
  4. Scroll to the bottom, add a short note like "Filled Section 3.1 legal questions", and click Commit changes.
  5. That's it. Abobakr sees your edits automatically on his side.

Tips

  • Your edits are saved forever — never lose work.
  • You can see every change either of us has made in the Commits tab.
  • If you're unsure about a change, just add a comment in the text like <!-- Mazen: I'm not sure about X --> and we'll discuss.
  • Don't worry about breaking anything. Every version is saved.

🛠️ For Abobakr — sync flow

  • Local editing: edit LAUNCH_PLAN.md directly, git push, done.
  • Mazen's edits: git pull at the start of each session. A pre-commit hook (set up locally) warns if your working copy is behind.
  • Notifications: GitHub emails on every commit to main (Mazen's edits trigger an email).
  • Live render: Cloudflare Pages auto-deploys on commit (see docs/cloudflare-setup.md once set up).

License & privacy

Private repo. Only Abobakr and Mazen have access. Do not share the link publicly.
